Bryce Canyon

If one wonders how the bottoms of the giant oceans look like, he/she should visit Utah lands. 10 million years ago entire state of Utah was in water (this region was a part of earths oceanic system). People have been in Colorado plateau region for about 12,000 years. In 1923 Bryce Canyon was declared as National Monument by president Warren G. Harding. In 1928 the US Congress made it a national park. Each year about 1.7 million people visit the Bryce Canyon National Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is open all year. Panguitch (big fish in one native Indian language and water or fish in other) was inhabited by Paiute Indians who were displaced by emissaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (called Mormons). Panguitch is the only town with all facilities and amenities (Hospital, Post Office, Grocery store, about 6 restaurants to choose from, several boutiques, Gas stations, Auto repair shops, etc.). Amazing carvings of Taj Mahal of India and building of pyramids are the marvels of human hands but Bryce Canyon is the carving and painting of nature. Bryce Canyon means nature as a carver and painter (millions of years old paint is not fading but getting brighter).
